The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website and by using our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By placing an order you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.Payment is made by credit card or Paypal. For custom or corporate orders we may invoice you, and payment can then be made by credit card, Paypal or direct bank transfer.
When creating a personalised product it is presumed that you have checked the text for spelling and grammar accuracy as the product will be printed with the text you supply.
Photos must be good quality i.e. high resolution, clear and in focus. The subject (person) will preferably take up most of the photo area for best results and appear in good light i.e. no distance shots or extremely dark shots. For scanned photos the scanned resolution should be 600dpi. If you are having any problems uploading files, whether too large for example, you can email them to us or contact us to provide you with options for supplying files. The only editing process used for photos is cropping and feathering (softening) of edges for aesthetic purposes. Red eye or other photo blemishes will not be removed so please choose your photos carefully.
Colours shown are a guide only to the finished banner. Although the banner will be produced as closely as possible to the colours shown, there are limitations in web colours and computer monitors which is beyond our control. Any such variation in colour is not considered to be a print or production mistake and will not be refunded. If you require a specific colour, you can provide the PMS code or CMYK value and we can accommodate your request.
We recreate your personalised banner from your original images received via our online ordering system. The online proofs or previews are intended as a guide only and may appear in a lower resolution for screen viewing purposes. We may enlarge photos, crop, feather edges or enhance and justify text to ensure the products are as perfectly designed as possible and our high customer satisfaction standards are met. If there are any major differences or we feel it necessary to suggest changes to layout then we will contact you and provide a proof via email.
All banners will include a discreet footer with our copyright notation and logo. All designs related to this site are protected under applicable copyright laws and other property rights. Copying, downloading or redistribution of any part of site is strictly prohibited.
It is agreed that, unless notified by user in writing, that Dynamic Print Technology may reproduce and publically display designs in advertising, marketing, samples, and promotional materials. We also assume the right to make modifications to the users design.
Postage is charged on the total of your purchase and is added at checkout. Please refer to our FAQs page for further information. Delivery of banners is in a postal tube and is via Australia Post. Orders are usually posted within 2 days of order placement.
Orders post from Melbourne. Your location in relation to Melbourne will determine approximate delivery time. Express post is guaranteed overnight to most metro areas (overnight is not guaranteed to some areas, please check with Australia Post if unsure). No responsibility is taken for delays caused by Australia Post. Priority express delivery is offered for a same day print and post service. Please check your destination is covered for guaranteed overnight delivery in this case.
All products are checked to ensure your order leaves us in perfect condition therefore we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by Australia Post. If the banner is required urgently we can have your order printed and posted very promptly. Please choose express postage at the checkout and mention your required delivery date via the checkout process or by contacting us on 1300 200 282.
All products are checked prior to postage. Refunds are not given for errors in spelling or grammar, please check these details before finalising purchase as the products are printed from the information you supply.
We will refund any products faulty by construction, or where print quality is unsatisfactory.
If returning a damaged or faulty product it must be returned in the original packaging.Please contact us prior to returning it so that we are aware of the situation and where possible can provide a replacement in time for your event.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order as work commences on orders almost immediately after order placement. If your products have not gone into production we will provide a refund.
